The piece is supposed to be set in a world where Germans won WWII. This is a world featured by the game series Wolfenstein. After the release of a trailer for the newest game a joke in the community arose asking if Germans like Strawberry Milkshakes which led to this piece that translates to "Support your local officer. Buy him a Strawberry Milkshake.
Verbrecher
This piece from the same timeline features the main character from the game in his armor. I placed the poster in an alleyway as if it had slipped off a wall and been stepped on. It translates to "See this criminal, Immediately report to the next officer.
The character re-colorization was done completely by layering and re-layering the blending modes
